From Garment Factories to Summer Splash | Passing the Baton in Brooklyn’s Chinese Community
Grace Mo has spent decades serving the Fuzhounese immigrant community in Brooklyn, starting with outreach to garment factory workers and creating Summer Splash, a safe program for children of immigrant families. Her greatest joy is seeing the next generation step up—what began with 25 kids now serves over 200 youth, many returning as leaders carrying forward the mission of service and community care.
